Hi, I am Alissa Renner.

I am a mom who was looking for an outlet as I stepped away from my mainstream career when our third child was on the way. I picked up my camera and made a website to see what would happen. AND THEN I WAS BLOWN AWAY. You all showed up for me in huge ways and I am eternally thankful and always excited to see what's in store next.

I am based out of Williston, North Dakota but a piece of my heart will always be in Saskatchewan where I grew up and my extended family still lives. My husband and I often joke we are "homesteaders" as we took a 10 acre plot of land and have slowly built it into our home for us and our four children. and two cats. and ten chickens. All that being said, don't worry about your "chaos", it's all welcome here.

Creatively, I love dramatic shadows, deep colors, wide open skies, and loads of authenticity. I want moms who might be stressed as they get their crew dressed but feel the nerves melt away as our session unfolds and the magic happens. And bring me the dad who hugs their kids and throw them up in the air a million times just to get that one sweet smile and through it all keeps giving their wife the look she fell in love with a million years ago. I crave couples that are all for the raw emotions that true love creates, that treat our session as a date with a really fun third wheel. Give me all.the.love.
